why make life difficult for others?

There are some women out there simple love to make life difficult for people at work. If they think they are so PERFECT, go and be god. I simply cannot stand all these women keep picking on people every minute. They never understand how stress it is to work with them.
Yes, you may have the rights to 'correct' people because of your rank but doesn't mean you can behave as if you are the queen!
I am writing all these is not because i had a bad day at work yesterday but it's few weeks ago.
I wish i could go to that particular woman face and tell her, "if you are going through menopause, i understand but please respect others if you want others to respect you. Don't ever try to 'zap' your set of crews, it won't make you a happier person."
Furthermore, i am not a newbie to this company. Please wake up your mind and leave us seniors alone. Working in a tense up environment will not make everybody excel in their work.
I hope i will not schedule anymore flight with her.
